ABOUT US
Founded by farming and community families initially from the Cass City area of Michigan, this Summer Home Club enjoys the summer lake life with privacy, safety, and Lake Huron breezes. Members participate in an annual meeting, Club gatherings, and activities. Members are elected to the CCSHC Board of Directors and serve to provide the ongoing management of the CCSHC Corporation
OUR VISION
The vision of the CCSHC is to provide for Shareholders and Immediate Family Members a natural area on the Lake for the quiet enjoyment and perpetual use of the property's beachfront, wooded trails and walking paths for the present and future generations of Shareholders.
CCSHC Membership
CCSHC membership occurs when applicants are approved to own
shares within the Corporation. Application for membership is submitted and subject to a review with a Board member, endorsement by at least two CCSHC Shareholders and a total vote by the Club Shareholders. A membership fee is gathered at the time of application and is refunded if a Shareholder vote is not accepted.
OUR COMMUNITY
Our community enjoys gatherings at Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Annual CCSHC Membership meetings are held in May of each year. Members are invited to join committees of the Club for property management, tree management, beach and channel maintenance as well as beautification and ad-hoc committees to address Club business or projects.
